We are currently looking for stellar performers to expand our leading sales department. These individuals would be responsible for closing new business, managing and growing existing accounts.
- Ideal candidates would be very hungry professionals who love to exceed goals and expectations.
Please, no order-takers, only professional closers who are not happy with only "being at plan". If you just met quota last year you do not qualify for this fast paced, real opportunity.
We are seeking individuals who must be currently working in Retail, Property, Finance, Travel or Hospitality service industries with a minimum of 3 years experience with proven sales to commercial end user customers. Includes selling into large, complex accounts, with both individual and team responsibilities.
Individuals must demonstrate an understanding of the technical and business challenges faced by their market, and proven ability to develop and deliver solutions. We are seeking individuals who are also team players, working closely with technical and marketing representatives from other organisations. Candidates must be comfortable in a mentoring role, and be able to manage key executive relationships.
Individuals must have strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, sound decision making, and sound business judgment. As an Inside sales professional, you must be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers business and establish a value proposition that results in sales.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Negotiate large-scale orders.
- Close new business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- This individual must be able to:
- Gain a thorough understanding of Company's products/services for successful and professional presentations.
- Report all sales and expense activities to senior management.
- Quickly apprise management of industry or competitive trends and recommend reasonable company response (should be in the form of completed staff work). Required Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- 3-5 years successful territory sales experience with internet and/or high technology software products/services.
- Good knowledge of microcomputers and/or communications technology, Internet, and/or computer technology.
- Additional qualifications will include: good oral/written communication skills; good customer management skills; ability to present and prepare effective sales proposals and sales presentations to company's prospective customers; and a strong desire to succeed evidenced by consistent quota achievement. .
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
- Must be available for travel within the South Wales region.
- BS/CS degree desired although equivalent experience accepted.
